Electronic signatures with EU national eIDs
Send signers a secure link, let them sign with the eID they already use, and pick the right eIDAS level for each document. No account, no app, no friction.
Sign the Service agreement with your national eID.
No account · no install

Sign with the eID you already trust
Counterparties sign with Smart-ID or Mobile-ID at SES and AES levels through a no-account secure link, so there's no new app to install or password to remember. QES support is architecture-ready for when a deal calls for it.

GDPR
- Open the link, confirm with your national eID, done — no sign-up
- Every signature is captured in a court-ready evidence trail, with data kept in the EU under GDPR
Signers just click and sign
When a contract is ready, DokDesk sends each signer a secure link. They open it, review the final version, and sign - no account to create, no app to install, no password to remember.
You only need a DokDesk account to create and manage contracts. The people you sign with don't, which removes the biggest reason agreements stall.
- One secure link per signer - nothing to download
- Signers see the exact live version that was agreed
- Track the sent, opened and signed states for every party
- Works for individuals, companies and company representatives
- Every link ties back to the contract and its full history
Three eIDAS levels, one per document
DokDesk supports all three eIDAS signature levels so you can match the legal weight to the risk of each agreement.
SES - Simple Electronic Signature
Click, consent and a typed signature. Cannot be denied legal effect just because it is electronic (eIDAS Art. 25(1)) - fine for low-risk internal sign-offs.
AES - Advanced Electronic Signature
Uniquely identifies the signer and links the signature to the document, protecting its integrity - stronger probative value when identity matters.
QES - Qualified Electronic Signature
The only e-signature with the legal effect of a handwritten signature across the EU (eIDAS Art. 25). The architecture is laid out so qualified providers can plug in.
Sign with the eID you already have
The signing engine is built so EU national eIDs can plug in - including the rails roughly 3 million people across the Baltics already use every day.
Smart-ID
A certified Qualified Signature Creation Device, so Smart-ID signatures can qualify as QES and are accepted EU-wide.
Mobile-ID
Sign straight from a SIM-based mobile identity - the familiar Baltic rail, with no separate app to learn.
Other EU national eIDs
The engine is designed to accept additional national eID schemes across the EU, so cross-border signers can use their own identity.
Honest about where QES stands today
DokDesk's signing flow is architecture-ready for QES: Smart-ID, Mobile-ID and qualified trust providers can plug in. We don't claim a live production QES integration before it ships, and DokDesk is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. SES and AES still cannot be denied legal effect just because they are electronic; only QES carries the legal weight of a handwritten signature across the EU.
