Why a typed name is the weak link in most NDAs
An NDA protects you only as far as you can prove who accepted it. A typed name or a pasted signature image proves very little: anyone could have typed it, and nothing ties it to the exact wording that was on the screen.
Signing with a national eID changes that. The signer's identity is asserted by the eID scheme, the signature is bound to the exact document version, and the whole path - sent, opened, signed - is recorded as evidence you can produce later.
